BRIAN JANTZEN

Goal: $3,000.00

Dear Friends,

I am back playing golf again and would appreciate your support.

I am a 43 year old who would not let a potentially life threatening illness prevent me from enjoying and playing the two sports I truly love of golf and bowling.  I take a lot of pride in working with the team at United Food Bank in Arizona helping to feed fellow Arizonans.  I also enjoy game shows and camaro sport cars.

I am raising funds for my Special Olympics East Valley Golf Program.  We have 31 Special Olympics golfers who have a passion for playing golf.  Each athlete plays on a team typically with a parent or a good friend.  We play year-round at many challenging golf courses in Arizona.  This year we will be playing at Sun City CC, Augusta Ranch in Mesa, Oak Creek CC in Sedona, Whirlwind at Wild Horse Pass,  Antelope Hills in Prescott, Omni in Tucson, Bison in Show Low, We Ko Pa in Fountain Hills. The I Got This Championship, and the Special Olympics National Golf Championship.

All funds raised will go to support this special year-round golf program.  These funds will also enable us to participate in the Special Olympics National Invitational Golf Tournament if we are lucky enough to be selected.

The Thunderbirds have given us a great opportunity to raise funds by increasing all donations by an additional 10%.  One hundred percent of the funds stay in our Special Olympics East Valley Golf Program and enable us to continue to play golf and improve our game.

Your help by sponsoring me with either a one-time donation or a Pledge Per Birdie during the Phoenix Open would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Brian Jantzen
